4 Tablespoons olive oil
Salt & Pepper
1/4 Cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 Cup water
1. Heat the olive oil in your skillet over a low flame, gently lower the salmon into the pan, sprinkle with salt & pepper and a touch of garlic. Cover and cook slowly until nearly done, turning once.
2. Top with lemon slices and parsley, add water to pan, pour lemon juice over the fillets and cook an additional 5 minutes, or until done.
